Returns & Exchanges&Refund


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products within 14 days after the delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 



The 14 days refund guarantee does not apply for custom orders or personalized items.

In the case that the goods received are broken or damaged, please feel free to contact us. 


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive the return order and pass our inspection, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment provider or contact them directly, it usually takes 10-15 business days for refunds to be processed. After this time has passed, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
